1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry into the promotion is only open to NSW and SA residents aged 18 years and over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
  4. Entry into the promotion open at 12:01am AEST on 30/06/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 27/07/2025 ("Promotional Period").
  5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any one (1) ambient pasta sauce product (including pasta sauce, pasta bakes, passata, puree, pesto, tomato pastes), in a single transaction, by the following brands: Leggo's, Providore, Five Brothers or Raguletto ("Eligible Products") from a Participating Retailer (as defined below) during the Promotional Period and collect a receipt at the time of purchase of the Eligible Product ("Qualifying Transaction"). In the event that a receipt is not automatically provided to an individual upon completion of their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual's responsibility to request one from the retailer.
  6. Participating Retailers are any Foodlands Supermarket in SA or Romeo's in NSW and SA, (each a "Participating Retailer").
  7. To enter the promotion, after completing a Qualifying Transaction, individuals must then visit winwith.leggos.com.au or scan the QR code on the promotional poster, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to full name, phone number and email address), upload a copy of their Qualifying Transaction receipt and then submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
  8. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the entrant.
  9. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  10. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) valid entry submitted per Eligible Product, (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements at clause 7; and (c) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day as any additional entries submitted by an entrant will be deemed invalid.
  11. Entrants must retain their original OR a copy of their purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of the entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. In that case, the entrant will not be entitled to compensation. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the Participating Retailer of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
  12. The Major Prize (defined below) draw will take place at L3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 28/07/2025 at 12pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them in order in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter will draw the Major Prize winners from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
  13. The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn from all valid entries received will each win a $200 AUD digital gift card for their chosen Foodland's or Romeo's retail store ("Major Prize").
  14. The Major Prize will be sent via email to each winners' email address they used when they entered the promotion within 28 days of the draw date.
  15. The total prize pool value is $4,000 AUD.
  16. The Major Prize winners will be contacted by phone and email using the details provided at the time of entering the promotion within five (5) days of the Major Prize draw.
  17. Major Prizes or any unused portion of any Major Prize, are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.
  18. If any Major Prize (or an element of any Major Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Major Prize (or that element of a Major Prize) with a prize of greater or equal value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a Major Prize (or an element of a Major Prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, for any reason, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.
  20. In the event an invalid or ineligible entry is drawn, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within fourteen (14) days of the first attempting to notify that winner, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner's entry invalid, and no compensation will be payable.
  21. The winners (initial, surname and postcode) will be published at winwith.leggos.com.au from 04/08/2025.
  22. A draw for any unclaimed prize/s will take place at L3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 25/08/2025 at 12pm AEST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw and their names (initial, surname and postcode) will be published on winwith.leggos.com.au from 01/09/2025.
  23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  25. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  26. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  27. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  28. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
  29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for Major Prize damaged or lost in transit.
  30. If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including, but not limited to, technical difficulties or unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  31. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Major Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  32. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  33. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents take no responsibility for any failure of any entry to be entered into the promotion due to, without limitation, technical malfunction or human error. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  34. As a condition of participating in the promotion, each winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with this promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor-client basis) which a winner may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion and/or use of a Major Prize, howsoever caused. For the sake of clarity, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act (ASIC) Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
  35. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Major Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in the Major Prize; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a Major Prize.
  36. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the Promotion.
  37. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to a claimant's or any other person's mobile device or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  38. If there is an event beyond the Promoter's control which causes an interruption to its processing of the promotion the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  39. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion and for future promotional purposes. For this promotion, which includes notifying the winners and facilitating redemption/supplying of Major Prizes, the Promoter may pass the winners' personal details to their agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to enter the promotion and/or receive a Major Prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter and used and handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.simplot.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may opt out, access and request correction of any of their details held by the Promoter by sending an email to info@simplot.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
